We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and motivated Field Engagement Marketing lead (FEMA) to join our EMEA Region FEMA, HeatWave & ISV Technology team. The position can be based in Dubai, Malaga, Amsterdam, or London. This role will be part of the EMEA FEMA team and will work closely with EMEA Regional HeatWave (HW) and ISV Leaders, as well as with local Field sales, Business Development Representatives, Presales regional teams, and local and regional Marketing teams.

The goal is to design, plan, and execute demand generation and sales initiatives to drive pipeline growth, meet goals, and generate revenue. The EMEA FEMA HW & ISV lead will support the GTM strategies of HeatWave and ISV Sales Leaders.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Proven experience in EMEA regions.
  • Proactively identifying pipeline gaps and suggesting corrective actions.
  • Planning and executing demand generation and sales initiatives.
  • Monitoring ROI through strong governance and reporting.

The candidate must ensure alignment across all Oracle teams—local and regional Field HW, ISV sales, Business Development, Presales, and global HeatWave teams—to deliver regional plans effectively and achieve strong results.

The ideal candidate should have expertise and a proven track record in strategic planning, marketing, digital demand generation, and execution. Experience working with field sales teams, partners, and ISVs is essential, including digital strategies, C-level events, workshops, account planning, and ABM activities. Strong pipeline management skills and the ability to operate within a matrix organization are required.

The candidate should possess high energy, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to become a trusted advisor to executives and stakeholders, securing buy-in and support.

What you’ll bring:
  • 15+ years of GTM strategy, demand generation, marketing, planning, and execution experience in EMEA regions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a track record of driving planning and execution excellence with measurable results.
  • Experience with lead management, pipeline processes, and reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix environment with various stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of inventing approaches and delivering results.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional regional languages are a plus.
What you’ll do:
  • Be the trusted GTM advisor for EMEA HW & ISV leadership and sales management.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Oracle Cloud Technology to build and execute demand generation plans and sales initiatives.
  • Deliver on business goals by creating and executing GTM plans across all customer lifecycle phases, including awareness, consideration, engagement, and pipeline activities.
  • Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns—digital, C-level events, executive RT, account-based activities, third-party events—to meet pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with EMEA HW & ISV leadership, FEMA teams, marketing, sales, Business Development, and Presales to ensure operational excellence and ROI of demand activities.
