Business Implementation Security Analyst
Oversees the planning, execution, and completion of security construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Coordinates and manages resources, contractors, and stakeholders, while monitoring project progress and addressing issues as they arise. Ensures compliance with safety regulations, prepares project documentation and reports, and facilitates effective communication between all project participants.
Responsibilities
- Reports to EMEA Security Systems Sr. Program Manager.
- Manage security systems projects (new office, office downsize, retrofit, upgrades, decom) in the EMEA region.
- Support Oracle\'s Global Real Estate Project Managers within the EMEA Region plus Regional Security Director to Design & Develop Security Scope of Work & Bid/Tender Documents.
- Develop project objectives by reviewing proposals and plans, conferring with management.
- Determine project responsibilities by identifying phases and elements; assign personnel; review bids from contractors.
- Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; complete technical studies; prepare cost estimates.
- Confirm system performance by designing and conducting tests.
- Determine project schedule by studying plans and specifications; calculate time requirements; sequence elements to meet timelines.
- Maintain project schedule by monitoring progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
- Control project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommend actions.
- Maintain project data base by writing computer programs, entering and backing up data.
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing and complying with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintain contingency workforce engaged through the supplier.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job requirements
- Candidates must have a strong security background in designing Access Control & CCTV systems.
- Working location: Reading, UK. Fluent in English.
- Responsible for writing technical specifications and developing Security Scope of Work & Bid Tender Documents for security vendors to bid from.
- Willingness to travel to field offices regionally for project coordination with Field Real Estate Project Managers, Regional Security Director, Architects and General Contractors.
- Strong organizational and clear communication skills; self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects through all life-cycle stages from conceptual design to implementation, testing and commissioning.
Additional details
- Clear background check required; 5+ years of experience in the security industry.
- Working knowledge of Lenel OnGuard, Software House CCURE, Milestone and Genetec VMS for CCTV.
- AutoCAD 2020 or higher desirable; Word processing and Excel skills required.
- ASIS membership and CPP licenses are desirable but not required.
