Responsibilities
We are looking for talented individuals to help Oracle create and drive new pipeline opportunities across sales teams – including net new, customer upsell, and cross-sell.
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will act as a business partner to sales line managers, creating and executing business plans, coordinating activities, and tracking results. They will support the SDR lead in nurturing existing pipeline and ensuring progress.
- Identify new business opportunities – Own and maintain the definition of the total addressable market and account prioritization.
- Drive demand generation activities – Create GTM plans collaboratively with various teams and lead outbound campaigns and events.
- Governance and stakeholder management – track activity and drive pipeline creation within sales teams.
What you will bring
- Experience in project management and coordination, such as an implementation consultant, training coordinator, or project manager.
- Sales or business development experience is advantageous.
- Ability to foster collaboration and drive progress in complex environments.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall BD strategy.
- Flexible and adaptable, thriving amidst change and ambiguity.
- Highly organized, productive, and helpful.
