In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimising industry-aligned campaigns and activities that drive pipeline creation, progression, and conversion.
You will work closely with Field Marketing to align on horizontal plays and corporate campaigns; while bringing forward ideas, insights, and recommendations tailored to local market needs.
Success in this role depends on the ability to build alignment and consensus across Business Generation, Sales, and Marketing leadership - ensuring campaigns are effectively executed and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities
- Help define target market, ICP, and account segmentation aligned to industry priorities
- Develop and coordinate quarterly campaign plans across assigned satellites
- Design and support execution of multi-channel campaigns and activities
- Work closely with Field Marketing to align on horizontal plays and corporate campaigns
- Support the adaptation of centrally defined campaigns to local market and industry context
- Bring forward ideas and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
- Build alignment across Business Generation, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Drive coordination of outreach, events, and engagement activities
- Support prospect-facing activities including events, workshops, and sessions
- Facilitate discussions that support stakeholder engagement and pipeline creation
- Analyse campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and conversion metrics
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve effectiveness
- Use data and insight to refine targeting, messaging, and activity focus
- Support initiatives leveraging AI to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency
- Contribute to cross-satellite learning by identifying what is working across regions and industries
