- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through enhanced business relationships.
- Lead on all aspects of projects across various sectors and sizes.
- Manage all aspects of mechanical projects in accordance with client requirements and current regulations.
- Motivate, lead and develop team members.
- Manage and coordinate project resources.
- Manage client expectations and attend client meetings.
- Provide clear technical solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong technical design skills, with a qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong internal and external communication skills.
- 10+ years experience leading electrical design on projects in Ireland or the UK.
- Successfully further implement the OCSC M&E philosophy of clarity, excellence and continual progression.
- Chartered Engineer preferable. OCSC can support a candidate seeking chartership.
