Stay up to date and increase your skills and knowledge in Oracle Saas ERP/EPM/SCM/HCM/CX.Stay up to date in modern demonstration techniques.Address the competitive landscape and handle objections.WHAT SKILLS DO YOU NEED?Leadership skills to drive complex opportunities.Excellent communication and presentation skillsInnovative thinkingStrong collaboration skillsNetworking skillsDrive and resilienceCuriosityEmotional intelligenceAbility to self-manage.Ability to translate complex customer needs into business solutions.EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 10 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a similar role.Experience in enterprise Healthcare and/or Life Sciences back-office transformation projects.An advanced knowledge with Oracle Saas ERPM and/or SCM with the ability lead a multi-pillar solution (ERPM and SCM , or ERPM & HCM or ERPM & SCM & CX)Hands-on experience with AI capabilities within Oracle Fusion Applications, or comparable embedded AI capabilities within other enterprise SaaS platforms.Experience designing enterprise architectures based on Oracle Fusion Applications or comparable enterprise cloud application platforms from other leading vendors.Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Applications or equivalent enterprise applications with Healthcare EHR and/or Life Sciences solutions.Knowledge of sales methodologies, including associated processes and disciplines.Ability to apply technology to drive innovation; experience using design thinking and customer journey mapping is a plus.Master’s degree or equivalent is desirable.Ability to travel within Europe and the Middle East as required.Full timePosting Date: 2026-08-07
