Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-country qualitative primary market research from design to insights
- Develop proposals and research solutions to support pitches and new business opportunities
- Apply qualitative methods (IDIs, focus groups, online communities, ethnography, workshops) choosing suitable approaches
- Act as trusted adviser to senior clients, translating findings into strategic recommendations
- Contribute qualitative insights to demand and forecasting research
- Build and grow sustainable client relationships and pursue expansion opportunities
- Oversee project budgets, revenue, and profitability
- Collaborate with qualitative, quantitative, digital and data teams
- Mentor junior colleagues to strengthen qualitative capabilities
Key requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Significant healthcare primary market research experience with deep qualitative expertise
- Strong knowledge of qualitative design, moderation, analysis, synthesis and insight generation
- Experience with pharma/biotech/med-tech clients and life sciences commercialization challenges
- Senior client advisory and consulting skills with evidence-based influence
- Strong proposal writing and business development experience
- Commercial and financial acumen in managing research projects
