Key Responsibilities

🔸 Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP projects

🔸 Plan and deliver workshops, governance reporting, and stakeholder communication

🔸 Ensure projects meet scope, time, and budget requirements while maintaining quality

🔸 Provide senior oversight and mentorship across other ongoing projects

🔸 Identify and manage risks, proposing mitigation strategies and ensuring transparency

Key Skills Required

✅ Proven delivery of multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations at scale

✅ Strong client-facing consulting background with relationship-building skills

✅ Full lifecycle experience delivering Oracle-based HCM/ERP solutions

✅ Experience in pre-sales, RFPs, and bid support

✅ Eligible for UK Government Security Clearance (SC Level)
