A fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to join a growing consulting practice. You will specialise in delivering Core HR and Talent solutions across enterprise Oracle Cloud implementations, contributing to both delivery and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver Oracle HCM Cloud projects, focusing on Talent and Core HR workstreams

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables

Drive best practice across project planning, risk management, and governance

Contribute to presales efforts, solution design, and proposal responses

Play a key role in practice development and mentoring junior consultants

Key Skills Required

✅ Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM , including Core HR and Talent modules

✅ Experience with two or more of: Performance & Goals, Talent Review, Succession, Oracle ME, Recruiting, Learning, Workforce Compensation, Absence, or HR Helpdesk

✅ Strong background in HCM security, approvals , and extensibility using Experience Design Studio

✅ Proven track record of end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations

✅ Eligible for UK Government Security Clearance (SC level)
