We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Lead to join a major new implementation programme. This role will be focused on designing and deploying Oracle Payroll solutions for a complex environment, including large-scale UK payroll processing.

  • Lead Oracle Cloud Payroll solution design and oversee build activities
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to the Programme Director
  • Work with internal Business Partners (BPs) to ensure seamless solution deployment

Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll solution design:

  • Deep understanding of UK payroll configuration and legislation
  • Experience leading Oracle Payroll deployments for 50,000+ employees
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll functionality and best practices
