You will take the lead on solution design and delivery, working with both the Systems Integrator and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless deployment of the full Oracle Cloud HCM suite. Lead the end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM solution design and build Identify risks and issues, escalating where necessary to the Programme Director Support internal business partners through each stage of deployment Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM solution design ✅ Deep functional knowledge of the full Oracle Cloud HCM suite (UK focus) ✅ 10+ years’ experience in HCM solution delivery and implementation ✅ Demonstrated leadership on multiple Oracle Cloud HCM deployments ✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Join a transformative Oracle Cloud programme and play a pivotal role in delivering a best-in-class HCM solution for a major UK-based organisation.
