Key Responsibilities

🔸Work alongside other Support Analysts and report to the Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Forecasting

🔸Resolve Oracle EPM Planning & Forecasting issues and implement ongoing enhancements

🔸Proactively provide recommendations for ROI and value improvements

🔸Develop robust reporting and financial modelling solutions

🔸Provide SME-level insight and transfer knowledge to the wider team

Key Skills Required

✅ 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle EPM (Cloud or On-Premise)

✅ Strong technical skills in EPM Planning and Forecasting

✅ Solid understanding of accounting and finance concepts

✅ Expertise in financial modelling and report development

✅ Proven experience managing Oracle Service Requests (including Sev-1)
