Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside other Support Analysts and report to the Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Resolve Oracle EPM Planning & Forecasting issues and implement ongoing enhancements
- Proactively provide recommendations for ROI and value improvements
- Develop robust reporting and financial modelling solutions
- Provide SME-level insight and transfer knowledge to the wider team
Key Skills Required:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle EPM (Cloud or On-Premise)
- Strong technical skills in EPM Planning and Forecasting
- Solid understanding of accounting and finance concepts
- Expertise in financial modelling and report development
- Proven experience managing Oracle Service Requests (including Sev-1)
