Description: To facilitate the successful working of key parts of our Oracle EPM Cloud Planning system, including all aspects related to integrations in and out of the system, to achieve Business Planning & Budgeting and Reporting requirements.

- Lead on technical aspects of PBCS.
- take a lead role within the enhancement and development of the EPMestate.
5 Areas of Responsibility:
Ensure the integrity of the EPM Cloud Planning system and related environment, including its appropriate functionality and operational effectiveness, in order to achieve the delivery of core business activities.
Ensure appropriate training is in place for all EPM Cloud Planning community users, with a focus on excellent customer service. Work as part of a team to upskill in EPM Cloud Planning technology across the users, in particular focused on integrations in and out of the system.
Advise the EPM Cloud Planning user community on technical queries, providing support in areas such as integrations in and out of EPM Cloud Planning.
Appraise and evaluate the way users should work utilising the appropriate EPM Cloud Planning functionality.
Facilitate a Continuous Improvement environment in EPM Cloud Planning implementing fixes, issue resolution, continuously reviewing application set-up and identifying enhancement opportunities.
