A leading end client is seeking an experienced Oracle Data Migration Lead to take full ownership of data migration delivery across an Oracle Cloud ERP transformation. This is a hands-on, strategic role, ideal for a specialist who can lead from the front and manage cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful data transition.

Key Responsibilities

🔸 Lead end-to-end data migration activities for Oracle Cloud ERP (HCM and Financials modules).

🔸 Manage key relationships with the System Integrator, Oracle, and third-party vendors.

🔸 Own the migration budget and report regularly into steering committees on progress, risks, and performance.

🔸 Oversee implementation partner deliverables and maintain alignment with programme timelines.

🔸 Support data cleansing, validation, transformation, and reconciliation across systems.

Key Skills Required

Proven experience in Oracle Cloud Data Migration, ideally from a consulting background.

✅ Hands-on knowledge of Oracle HCM and Financials modules in cloud environments.
