Our end-client is embarking on a major Oracle Cloud ERP Transformation and is seeking a seasoned Data Migration Lead to take ownership of all data migration activities. This is a high-impact role requiring hands-on delivery, vendor coordination, and reporting to executive stakeholders.
Key Skills Required:- Proven background in end-to-end data migration delivery within Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Specific experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and Financials modules.
- Strong communication and expectation-setting skills across technical and business teams.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators.
- Ability to travel within the UK when required for key project phases.
- Own the end-to-end data migration strategy and execution.
- Build and manage the relationship with the SI, Oracle, and 3rd party vendors.
- Maintain and monitor the data migration budget.
- Provide regular reporting to the steering committee and leadership.
- Oversee and guide the implementation partner ensuring on-time delivery and data accuracy.
