An experienced Oracle Cloud Test Manager is required to lead and deliver the testing strategy for a major public sector Oracle Cloud programme. This role demands someone who can ensure testing governance and delivery across all functional streams including integrations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

🔸 Implement and manage the client-agreed Test Strategy and approach

🔸 Lead day-to-day delivery of testing activities across all functional areas

🔸 Coordinate the development and execution of user acceptance test cases and business scenarios

🔸 Manage issues and defects across the testing lifecycle

🔸 Liaise with multiple stakeholder groups to ensure testing milestones are met

Key Skills Required

✅ Proven experience delivering test strategy for Oracle Cloud implementations

✅ ISTQB certification

✅ Experience across the full Oracle Cloud suite

✅ Background working in local government/public sector programmes

✅ Degree-educated
