A UK-based organisation currently running Oracle Cloud Finance and Procurement is initiating a payroll health check and transformation. They are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Lead to oversee business process enhancement, integration review, and change optimisation activities.

Key Responsibilities

🔸 Lead a comprehensive health check and enhancement initiative focused on Oracle Payroll

🔸 Champion ownership of payroll and finance processes across all regions

🔸 Collaborate with internal teams to identify improvement opportunities and roll out new working practices

🔸 Manage external vendors and partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

🔸 Support data reconciliation and cleanse activities to ensure compliance and integrity

Key Skills Required

✅ Experience in at least 3 Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, including one migration from Oracle R12

✅ Strong background in change and transformation from both business and system perspectives

✅ Expertise in business process re-engineering, with a focus on aligning with Oracle Cloud’s standard processes

✅ Proven track record with data migration, reconciliation, cleansing, and purging

✅ Ability to identify and manage integrations with third-party applications
