An Oracle Cloud OTL Consultant is required to support a large-scale implementation for a UK-based client. This role demands strong functional and integration expertise, with a focus on multi-country Oracle HCM Time & Labor (OTL) delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead stakeholder engagement and manage OTL-specific workstreams

Own and document functional and technical integration specifications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment

Coordinate and communicate requirements with technical delivery teams

Support rollout efforts across multiple geographies

Key Skills Required
