Our end client is embarking on a major Oracle Cloud ERP transformation and is seeking a skilled Integration Lead to take ownership of integration workstreams across Oracle HCM, Payroll, and ERP modules. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing delivery across technical and functional teams while liaising with key business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud integration projects
  • Manage onshore and offshore workstreams across interface and reporting developments
  • Collaborate with other area leads to ensure integration aligns with programme goals
  • Own the requirement gathering and solution design for integrations and reporting
  • Build trust and strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Key Skills Required

  • Delivered at least one Oracle Cloud implementation (HCM/Payroll preferred)
  • Strong experience across full project lifecycles
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM and Payroll modules
