Our end client is embarking on a major Oracle Cloud ERP transformation and is seeking a skilled Integration Lead to take ownership of integration workstreams across Oracle HCM, Payroll, and ERP modules. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing delivery across technical and functional teams while liaising with key business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud integration projects
- Manage onshore and offshore workstreams across interface and reporting developments
- Collaborate with other area leads to ensure integration aligns with programme goals
- Own the requirement gathering and solution design for integrations and reporting
- Build trust and strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Key Skills Required
- Delivered at least one Oracle Cloud implementation (HCM/Payroll preferred)
- Strong experience across full project lifecycles
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM and Payroll modules
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
