Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Absence and PayrollCutoverManagerto lead the transition of payroll and absence processes from SAP HCMto Oracle HCM Cloud. The role is responsible for HR and payroll continuity, compliance, and data integrity, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time during the transition. This includes managing cutoverplanning, managing dress rehearsal andcutoverphases, statutory compliance, vendor integrations, blackout communications, and interim HR, Absence and payroll activities.

5 Key Skills Required:

  • HR, Absence and PayrollCutoverExpertise experience, Proven experience in payroll-focusedcutovers during HCM transformations.
  • Strong functional understanding of Oracle HCM Payroll & Absence Managementand SAP HCM Payroll.
  • Experience with BizTalk interfacesand transition to Azure Integration Services is preferred.
  • Strong Project Management experience including creation and constant management of theCutoverPlan at a detailed level by resources and cross team interdependencies identified.
  • Deep knowledge of statutory payroll processes, reporting, and audit requirements.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

  • Own the end-to-end payroll and absencecutoverstrategy, ensuring alignment across HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance.
  • Define,document, communicateand executeCutover runbooks, control checkpoints, and contingency plans.
  • Align with System Implementation provider on Oracle HCM configuration requirement and readiness in relation to thecutover.
  • Oversee end-to-end integration transitionacross payroll, HR, Finance, and external vendors, CutoverCommunications & Interim Tasks
  • Issue clear communications on HR, Absence and payroll schedule impacts, system availability, and contingency processes.
