We’re supporting a new Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance Lead to join the programme. This is a customer-facing leadership role requiring deep Oracle Finance expertise, confident stakeholder management, and a strong delivery focus.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Finance implementations
- Proven expertise in solution design and deployment across the full UK Finance suite
- Strong functional understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules
- Experience leading Oracle Finance rollouts within complex transformation programmes
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the Finance solution design and build phase in line with business requirements
- Collaborate with the Systems Integrator to ensure a strong fit-for-purpose delivery
- Capture and escalate risks/issues to the Programme Director
- Liaise with internal Business Partners (BPs) to support deployment across workstreams
- Manage both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle
