Our end customer is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance Business Analyst to support a large-scale digital transformation. This role will focus on bridging the gap between finance operations and IT teams, ensuring seamless business process transition from “as-is” to “to-be” within an Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance environment.

Key Responsibilities

🔸 Collaborate & Analyse: Partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and define both functional and technical solutions.

🔸 Implement & Integrate: Support Oracle Cloud Finance module configuration and ensure smooth integration with third-party systems.

🔸 Optimise Processes: Identify inefficiencies and propose automation or process improvements aligned with best practices.

🔸 Stakeholder Support: Act as liaison across business and tech teams, offering user support, training, and engagement.

🔸 Document & Maintain: Prepare SOPs, training manuals, and maintain compliance documentation including SOX and data governance materials.

Key Skills Required

✅ Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant within Finance and Projects domains.

✅ Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance.

✅ End-to-end requirement gathering and business process mapping (\”as-is\” to \”to-be\”).

✅ Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

✅ Good understanding of finance operations and business system needs.
