We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Senior Consultant at Manager level to play a key role in delivering Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across a variety of industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring modules, leading workshops, gathering requirements, and supporting clients through testing, training, and goālive. You will be expected to bring strong functional expertise, handsāon configuration experience, and the ability to work collaboratively within project teams.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong working knowledge of one or more HCM modules e.g. Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Compensation.
- Proven ability to run client workshops and translate business needs into Oracle solutions.
- Experience configuring HCM modules, including fast formulas and business rules.
- Ability to design test scenarios, support SIT/UAT phases, and resolve configuration issues.
- Clear communication skills and ability to liaise between business users and technical teams.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Lead requirementāgathering sessions with clients to understand and document business needs.
- Perform handsāon setup and configuration based on approved solution design.
- Assist in test planning, execution, and defect resolution during SIT and UAT phases.
- Offer hypercare and knowledge transfer to client users after deployment.
