Oracle Cloud Talent & Performance Lead
Location: Middlesex – onsite 3 days per week
Contract: Initial 6-month contract
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Talent & Performance Lead to lead the delivery and optimisation of Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation and ongoing optimisation of Oracle Cloud Talent & Performance modules.
- Own functional requirements, solution design, configuration and testing.
- Work closely with HR, business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective Oracle solutions.
- Lead workshops, process reviews and stakeholder discussions.
- Manage integrations and dependencies with wider Oracle HCM modules.
- Provide guidance on best practice, system functionality and process improvements.
- Support testing, deployment, change management and user adoption.
- Provide hands-on expertise and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically Talent Management and Performance.
- Proven experience leading Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Talent, Performance Management, Goals and related HR processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working across functional and technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capability.
