We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist & Office Assistant to be the face and heartbeat of our office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their role.
About the role
As our front-of-house professional, you’ll create a welcoming environment for visitors, customers, and colleagues while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. From managing calls to supporting office operations and team engagement, no two days will be the same.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and incoming calls
- Provide general administrative support across the business
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Assist with facilities coordination and workplace organisation
- Support basic health & safety processes and compliance activities
