Now, as we surpass £2 billion in funded deals including our best-ever month in March 2025, we are expanding our team of Account Executives within our Office in Chelmsford to fuel our growth and help deliver our award-winning, five-star service.

A starting OTE of £40,000 - £50,000 in your first year while you settle in, get fully trained and learn the business is achievable. In year two, realistic commission targets offer potential earnings of £60,000 on top of your base, with uncapped commission potential in the years that follow.

- Finding our customers the best possible funding options from our panel of over 20 lenders.
- Delivering excellent customer service to our extensive customer database – no cold calling.
- Putting customers behind the wheel of their dream vehicle.
- Keeping customers informed at every stage of the customer journey.
- Growing, nurturing and expanding a relationship with customers so they think of you, and only you, whenever they fancy a new vehicle.
- Giving the customer a 5* experience from start to finish.

- Having worked in a FCA regulated environment is desirable.
- At least 2 years’ experience of motor trade/dealership is desirable.
- At least 2 years' experience in sales within a target-driven environment is essential.

Typical working pattern 8.45am to 5.30pm, Mon-Fri. Hybrid working upon successful completion of probationary period and compliance sign off.
