Oracle Car Finance are the UK’s number one broker for prestige, sports and classic cars and due to a substantial growth period, we are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to join our expanding team in our Knaresborough Head Office. This role will play a vital part in providing operational support to our customers, sellers and lenders. As a Sales Operations Executive you will help in exceeding our customers’ expectations by delivering industry leading customer service from Acceptance to Delivery.

A bit about the role:

  • Exceptional organisation skills, ensuring your customers’ loan agreements are being progressed to meet the customer’s targeted delivery date for their car.
  • Pro-actively contacting customers to ensure their loan documentation is returned quickly and that it is accurate and complete.
  • To grow, nurture and expand your relationship with the customers you are supporting building our 5-star Trustpilot rating.
  • Use our in-house CRM system to provide operational support for customer enquiries ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
