What you'll do:
- To report to and support Sales Management in day to day running of the department.
- To support the Management team to achieve the department goals.
- To support the Account Managers to achieve their sale targets and KPI’s through motivation and coaching.
- Assist the Sales Management to achieve outstanding service to drive high levels of repeat business and recommendations.
- To ensure the Account Managers comply with company and FCA policies and procedures.
- To ensure Account Manager follow the Oracle sales process.
- Promote and manage the adoption of company vision and values within your function/team.
What we're looking for:
- A minimum of 3 years Sales Manager experience, preferably within the automotive industry or a FCA-regulated environment.
- A proven ability in managing and motivating a team to achieve sales targets.
- A passion for providing a great customer service experience.
- Possesses a high degree of IT literacy.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for the automotive industry and a strong understanding of the sales process.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and results-oriented attitude.

- A competitive salary with a £60,000 OTE (On Target Earnings).
