About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a new team in Manchester and help deliver the premium service that defines our reputation.

What you'll do:

  • Report to and support Sales Management in day to day running of the department.
  • Support the Management team to achieve the department goals.
  • Support the Account Managers to achieve their sale targets and KPI’s through motivation and coaching.
  • Assist the Sales Management to achieve outstanding service to drive high levels of repeat business and recommendations.
  • Ensure the Account Managers comply with company and FCA policies and procedures.
  • Ensure Account Managers follow the Oracle sales process.
  • Promote and manage the adoption of company vision and values within your function/team.

What we're looking for:

  • A minimum of 3 years Sales Manager experience, preferably within the automotive industry or a FCA-regulated environment.
  • A proven ability in managing and motivating a team to achieve sales targets.
  • A passion for providing a great customer service experience.
  • Possesses a high degree of IT literacy.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for the automotive industry and a strong understanding of the sales process.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and results-oriented attitude.

  • A competitive salary with a £60,000 OTE (On Target Earnings).
