Are you a Sales Manager with a background in the motor industry or other FCA-regulated environments? This is an opportunity to join a well-established, supportive company that values expertise and puts customers first. Oracle Car Finance is the UK’s leading broker for prestige, sports and classic vehicles and are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join us. This role will be split between Leeds and our Head Office in Knaresborough.

What you'll do:

  • To report to and support Sales Management in day to day running of the department.
  • To support the Management team to achieve the department goals.
  • To support the Account Managers to achieve their sale targets and KPI’s through motivation and coaching.
  • Assist the Sales Management to achieve outstanding service to drive high levels of repeat business and recommendations.
  • To ensure the Account Managers comply with company and FCA policies and procedures.
  • To ensure Account Managers follow the Oracle sales process.
  • Promote and manage the adoption of company vision and values within your function/team.

What we're looking for:

  • A minimum of 3 years Sales Manager experience, preferably within the automotive industry or a FCA-regulated environment.
  • A proven ability in managing and motivating a team to achieve sales targets.
  • A passion for providing a great customer service experience.
  • Possesses a high degree of IT literacy.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for the automotive industry and a strong understanding of the sales process.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and results-oriented attitude.

  • A competitive salary with a £60,000 OTE (On Target Earnings).
