Are you a Sales Executive, Business Manager, or Sales Manager with a background in the motor industry or other FCA-regulated environments? This is an opportunity to join a well-established, supportive company that values expertise and puts customers first. Following a period of strong growth — including a record-breaking month in March 2025 — we’re expanding our team and looking for experienced sales professionals to join us as Account Executives.
What you'll do:
- Manage customers with funding solutions from over 20 lenders
- Develop and manage a customer database, nurturing prospects into loyal, repeat clients
- Deliver excellent service throughout the full sales cycle
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a target-driven sales role (motor finance/automotive industry experience is a plus)
- Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
- Professional, motivated, and customer-focused
- Experience in an FCA-regulated environment is desirable
