About the Role
We’re seeking experienced Account Managers to join our growing team in Knaresborough and help deliver the premium service that defines our reputation.
Responsibilities
- Trusted Advisor to Discerning Clients
- Provide tailored finance solutions from a panel of 20+ leading lenders
- Build and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and automotive enthusiasts
- Deliver a seamless, high-touch experience from first enquiry to final agreement
- Develop long-term client relationships built on trust, expertise, and exceptional service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ success in a target-driven sales environment (Motor Finance or Motor Retail experience preferred)
Required Skills
- Confident, articulate communicator with strong commercial awareness
- Self-motivated, professional, and customer-focused approach
- Experience within an FCA-regulated business is advantageous
Pay range and compensation package
- OTE £40,000+ Year 1, rising to £50,000+ Year 2 – with uncapped commission
