Your role at Orac is to elevate our digital experience as a Web Solutions Analyst. You will be a key player in our digital transformation, ensuring our web platforms and content management solutions are stable, scalable, and ready to grow. You will work closely with ORAC teams and external partners to translate business needs into integrated digital solutions, always with the customer experience in mind.
We’re looking for someone with a technical mindset and a solid first experience in web content management and Ecommerce support. You need the drive to learn, improve, and grow alongside our digital and marketing teams.
As a Web Solutions Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping seamless digital experiences across our Web platform and Content Solutions. You’ll combine functional insight, user empathy, and technical curiosity to keep our web ecosystem running smoothly and evolving smartly.
Key Responsibilities- Solve puzzles every day: As our second-line support hero, you’ll requalify tickets, troubleshoot tricky issues, and work with our business teams and tech partners to resolve problems quickly.
- Turn complexity into clarity: You’ll build easy-to-use guides, documentation, and system records that simplify processes.
- Test, tweak, and win: You’ll test updates carefully, ensuring our platforms remain stable and ready for business.
- Keep tickets on the move: You’ll manage, elevate, and report on incidents and changes, maintaining clear communication.
- Shape what’s next: You’ll evaluate change requests, brainstorm improvements, and help turn data into insights through web tracking and analytics.

Qualifications- Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Ecommerce platforms, including user management, integration, and system administration.
- Familiarity with security protocols and role-based access controls.
- Experience with ticketing systems and incident management.
- Skilled in testing and validation processes.
- Experience in UI/UX improvement and web content management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Clear communication and user-friendly documentation skills in English.
- Knowledge of project management tools and methods, or eagerness to learn them.
