Als Operator Extrusie speel je een belangrijke rol in het soepel laten verlopen van onze dagelijkse productie in de extrusiefabriek, gespecialiseerd in kunststof plinten en kroonlijsten. Samen met een klein, hecht team van collega’s werk je in ploegendienst, onder begeleiding van een ervaren teamleider die teamwork en overleg hoog in het vaandel draagt.
Jouw dag als Operator Extrusie
Geen dag is hetzelfde! Je rolt over de verschillende werkposten en houdt meerdere productielijnen in de gaten. Daarbij draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor onder andere:
- Het klaarzetten, opstarten en stilleggen van de extrusielijnen.
- Het monteren en demonteren van matrijzen.
- Het opvolgen en bijsturen van het productieproces.
- Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles om topkwaliteit te garanderen.
- Het digitaal registreren van productiegegevens.
