Your role: As our Content Marketer, you'll be the creative force behind our multi‑channel content strategy. You'll create compelling content, discover new ways to leverage new tools for more efficient processes, and ensure our message is consistent and impactful across all touchpoints.
Your key responsibilities:
- Develop and publish engaging content for web, email, print and social media aligned with our content strategy
- Write compelling copy and design visuals that resonate with architects, interior designers and design enthusiasts
- Explore and apply AI tools to accelerate and enhance content creation
- Propose improvements that make our workflows smarter and more scalable
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing objectives
- Maintain our SharePoint structure and manage key content assets
- Share insights with your colleagues
- Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content strategies
- Make data‑driven recommendations for continuous improvement
What success looks like:
- Within 30 days, you’ll have published your first content pieces and become familiar with our brand voice, tools and workflows
- Within 60 days, you’ll be working fully independently on content creation and distribution
- At 90 days, you are fully integrated into the team, actively involved in SEO workshops and have space to experiment with your creative ideas
This is you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field
- Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms
- Self‑motivated, and comfortable managing multiple creative projects from concept to completion
- Excited about testing new creative formats and finding what resonates with different audiences
- Adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and creative techniques as needed
- Data‑driven mindset, you know how to identify success metrics and act on them
- Comfortable working with tools like Canva or Adobe Express
- Understanding of SEO best practices and know how to optimise your writing for search
- Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a bonus
