The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organised individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers across the Food Industry, with a focus on new business.
- Manage and develop customer accounts, portfolio, and market territories
- Develop, maintain, and convert the sales pipeline
- Grow existing customer spend and develop the sales product portfolio through range selling
- Open and develop new trading customers through networking and prospecting
- Liaise with all relevant OQEMA commercials teams, attend sector training, group meetings and trade shows on a regular basis.
3+ years’ of sales experience within the Flavour industry
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
