The Project Provisioning Coordinator role will be responsible for validation and management of allocated projects and cases. This role will also manage the team inbox as well as project provisioning queries and change requests.

Additional responsibilities:
  • Managing and implementing changes for customer's managed services.
  • Ensuring changes are completed within the customer's SLAs.
  • Coordinating projects implementing various Network Services including ceases.
  • Processing standard and complex customer and channel partner orders.
  • Managing the group email inbox ensuring SLA and expectation targets are met.
  • Managing end to end order management for licences, hardware and accessories, including raising purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, tracking fulfilment, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintaining effective communication with all customers, suppliers and partners.
  • Ensuring all communication is accurately logged within the company CRM.
  • Identifying any errors or potential pitfalls in the day-to-day operations, along with future possible issues that can affect the overall smooth running of the business.
  • Undertaking any projects as delegated by the Management Team or any other relevant tasks.
  • Providing Network Support to our customers within the Networks on call schedule.

Salary: ÂŁ29k-ÂŁ31k DOE
