The Business Analyst / Process Improvement Lead serves as Opusâ internal design engine, diagnosing and reshaping end-to-end business processes specifically through Microsoft platforms. This role provides expert analysis and system design leadership providing support and enablement of business outcomes and delivery execution. Improvements are achieved through a disciplined, quarterly focus that ensures changes are both effectively implemented and sustained over time.

- Solution Shaping: You turn business goals into clear plans, deciding where to use automation or people while ensuring everything fits the tech (including but not limited to the MS technology stack).
- Expert Advisor: You partner with business leaders to help them make better decisions and pick the right priorities based on facts.
