The Senior Account Executive will be a key player in our Sales team, developing sales opportunities for new and existing clients through Microsoft cloud, cyber security and business continuity managed solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue and gross profit sales targets
- Set and achieve selfâset KPIs including appointments, outbound calls, proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with the head of the department to agree on sales and marketing strategies
- Work with marketing to provide campaign ideas and commit to followâup
- Generate own leads by calling and booking appointments
- Convert companyâgenerated leads and appointments effectively
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, managing the entire sales cycle
- Account manage clients and upsell services through regular meetings
- Canvass new business from current client database
- Inspire junior sales consultants and leverage them as a source of new business leads
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years selling IT services, support and/or cloud technology platforms directly to end businesses
- Experience selling Microsoft services and support
- Track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to interact with client contacts across the corporate hierarchy, including CâLevel
- Strong communication and demonstrable clientâfacing skills
- Capability to translate the technical capabilities of the service offering to address client business considerations
- Experience with a variety of SME clients
- Exposure to CRM databases
- Thorough and exact completion of own and Sales Teamâs paperwork
