Responsibilities

- We define where logic should sit, how systems interact, and how data flows between platforms.
- We work closely with developers and delivery teams to review solution approaches, refine requirements, and ensure clarity and quality of build.
- We analyse existing processes to identify inefficiencies and manual overhead.
- We design improvements combining systems, automation, and data.
- We define how success is measured through metrics, baselines, and expected outcomes.
- We understand how data can be structured and used to improve decision‑making, enable automation, and reduce manual effort.
- We explore and shape opportunities involving AI‑driven insights, intelligent automation, and data‑led processes.

We work primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem, and this role is hybrid with 2‑3 days a week in our Reigate office.
