Opus Teach is a supply agency based in Ipswich, which is wholly owned by Suffolk County Council. We are currently recruiting for two Teaching Assistants to work within a Bury St Edmunds based primary school. This school is a mainstream school; however, some of the children that attend this school have SEN. We are looking for reliable and professional Teaching Assistants who are ready to make a real difference in supporting pupils.
This is a temporary position with a September 2026 start date and due to end in July 2027. The school is looking to meet with suitable candidates in June/July.
Working days: Monday-Friday.
You will need:
- A keen interest in working with children and a passion for the education industry
- Successful previous teaching or classroom experience - Advantageous but not essential
- An up-to-date enhanced DBS (if you do not have one but are still interested, please get in touch)
- Suitable professional references from previous employment
