The RoleAs a Principal Consultant, you’ll be set on a clear path to progress, with goals in place from the start to help you advance to a Managing Consultant role—if that’s the direction you wish to pursue. In your role as a 360 Consultant, you will manage the entire recruitment cycle, including client relationship management, candidate sourcing, full-cycle recruitment, market analysis, and business development. You’ll play a key role in driving success through end-to-end engagement with both clients and candidates, ensuring growth and excellence in every step of the process.
