We are looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You will be joining an established team across the UK & EU and work on enhancing our services with support from our existing successful consultants and management teams. We are open to consultants based in London or Bristol.

Requirements:- Build long lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
- Business development, building new client relationships through cold calling, meetings and networking.
- Arranging events/meet ups within your market area.
- Keeping up to date with industry knowledge and mapping out your market.
- Finding the best talent in your market by networking, headhunting and other means.
- Creating job adverts.
- Negotiating with both clients and candidates.
- Proven ability to build a client and candidate base within your niche market.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Up to 40% commission. Base Salary Incentives. 30 days Annual leave. 1 week work from any office (including our international location). International Offices Locations (Sydney, London, Bristol, Manchester, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Austin and New York). Training & Development. Hybrid/Remote schedule.
