We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant who is passionate about developing and growing a team. You would be leading a high-performing team of three to four recruiters, with plans to grow the team in 2026. While Tech experience isn’t essential, we are keen on someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are open to billing managers or operational leaders with experience managing key accounts.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a team of 3-4 consultants, ensuring delivery of exceptional results.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing expert guidance and tailored talent solutions across the EMEA Tech market.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies that meet client needs and drive team success.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, sharing best practices to enhance team performance.
- Oversee salary negotiations and manage the offer process for successful placements.
- Drive new business development, building strong relationships with targeted clients across the UK and EU.
- Maintain your own billing responsibilities, setting the standard for performance.
Requirements About You:
- Proven experience in Perm Recruitment.
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience within a recruitment environment.
- Financially motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
- A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
