What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll gain a solid foundation in recruitment, working directly with both candidates and clients. You’ll learn how to:
• Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates.
• Understand what drives candidates and match them to the right opportunities.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of your specialist market.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with confidence.
• Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
Assessment Day Invitation
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to one of our Assessment Days, an interactive, hands-on experience where you’ll learn what it really means to be a recruiter. You’ll take part in group activities, get to know some of our hiring managers, and walk away with real insight into the role and our culture.
