We are currently recruiting for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN) to join a well-established nursing home based in Ilford, Greater London. This role is suitable for a Registered Nurse with proven hands-on clinical experience and previous exposure to senior or leadership responsibilities within a nursing home or care home environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day clinical running of the home
- Provide strong clinical leadership to nursing and care teams
- Maintain high standards of clinical care and person-centred practice
- Oversee clinical governance, audits, and regulatory compliance
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation and care planning
- Mentor, supervise, and support nursing staff
- Lead by example on the floor when required
Candidate Requirements
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
- Must have strong clinical experience within a nursing or care home
- Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead in Nursing home only
- British Citizen or full Right to Work in the UK
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and clinical governance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
