Web Content Manager (12-Month FTC)  \\n\\nAbout the Role\\nSeeking a proactive and detail-oriented Web Content Manager to join a dynamic digital team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is a key backfill to support ongoing digital transformation and ensure continuity during a period of team leave and increased project demand.\\n\\nYou’ll play a central role in managing and improving two public-facing websites, both of which are undergoing significant platform migrations. The position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact digital projects while supporting day-to-day content and user experience enhancements.\\n\\nYour responsibilities will include: \\n\\nManage and populate website content using a modern CMS (Optimizely)\\nSupport the rebuild and migration of two websites from legacy platforms\\nEnsure content is optimised for SEO and aligned with brand guidelines\\nCollaborate with external digital development partners\\nContribute to digital marketing initiatives, including email and advertising\\nAssist in onboarding a new digital content coordinator\\nSupport the team’s transition to Salesforce and become a trained super useYou'll have the following experience: \\n\\nExperience in digital communications, marketing, or content management\\nStrong understanding of SEO and content best practices\\nProficiency with CMS platforms (Optimizely preferred; Sitecore or HubSpot a plus)\\nFamiliarity with Salesforce or willingness to train\\nAdobe Creative Suite skills (e.g., Photoshop, Acrobat) are a bonus\\nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills\\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesWhat's in it for you? \\n30 days annual leave \\nHybrid working – 3 days per week onsite\\nEnhanced learning and development in Salesforce \\nPension contibution up to 30 days \\nHealthcare / wellbeing benefits
