Technology sits at the heart of what they do, enabling safe, scalable and high‑quality outcomes, and they’re now looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead architecture across their enterprise technology landscape, with Salesforce at the core.
This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role where you’ll shape architectural direction, introduce strong governance, and work closely with engineering, product, delivery, security and compliance teams to ensure platforms support both operational excellence and long‑term growth. You’ll be joining at a pivotal point as they continue to evolve their technology estate, balancing delivery pace with platform sustainability.
You’ll be part of a role that will:
- Lead end‑to‑end architecture across Salesforce and wider enterprise platforms
- Own architectural governance, standards and decision‑making through a design authority framework
- Review and approve solution designs across multiple product and project teams
- Define target architecture, reference patterns and best practices
- Own integration strategy, data architecture and security design across systems
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges
- Translate business and operational needs into clear technical direction
- Mentor engineers and technical leaders, raising overall capability
What we expect from you?
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Technical / Enterprise Architect in complex environments
- Deep, hands‑on expertise across Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Lightning)
- Proven experience designing integration architectures and scalable solutions
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data models and platform limits
- Experience leading architecture governance (design authority / review boards)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level
- A pragmatic approach, balancing strategic direction with real delivery needs
